Return & Refund Guidelines
At WUZUPS, your peace of mind is important to us. If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, we offer a smooth and fair return process to make things right.

Who Can Return
You can request a return within 60 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all original components like manuals and accessories.

Note: Custom or made-to-order pieces, as well as oversized items, are excluded from return eligibility. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Types of Returns We Handle

  1. Ordered Incorrectly or Changed Your Mind
    If you selected the wrong product or simply no longer want it, you’re welcome to return it within 60 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with a refund or exchange as per your request.

  2. Faulty or Damaged Products
    Should your item arrive broken or malfunctioning, notify us within 48 hours at support@wuzupslighting.com. Please include photos or videos clearly showing the issue. After verification, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost. Please note: Damage from incorrect installation or misuse isn’t covered under this policy.

  3. Shipping Delays or Lost Parcels
    If your order is significantly delayed or missing, reach out within 60 days of the expected delivery window. We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.

  4. Cancelling Your Order
    Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our standard return process after delivery.

Return Fee:

  • If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue, wrong address sent), We will take care of all costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (e.g. incorrect product/size ordered, incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided or don’t like/don’t want the item,) the buyer shall pay for the shipping charges incurred in returning the item (generally will be in the range of $50-$100, depending on the weight of the package).
  • No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returned products.

How Refunds Work
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Once your return is received and evaluated, please allow 2–5 business days for processing. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been issued.
